Making Outbound Calls
Call clients or contacts easily using your Wave Line business number, ensuring your personal number remains private. When you make calls through Wave Line, your designated business number (or verified caller ID) will appear as the caller ID to the recipient.
Mobile
You have many ways to make a call on mobile:

From the Dialer:
- Navigate to the Dialer tab within Wave Line.
- Select who you are calling as (defaults to the primary phone number of the default inbox).
- Enter the phone number you wish to call.
- Tap the Call button.

From the Contact List:
- Navigate to the Contacts or Clients tab (listed on the Calls and Messages tabs).
- Type the name or number of the contact. If the contact doesn't exist, you can still proceed with the actions.
- Select who you are calling as.
- Tap the Call icon in the top right.

From the Call Logs:
- Navigate to the Call Logs.
- Click on a call log entry.
- Call back the same number from the number the external party called in on (e.g., if they called you on phone number 2, it will call them back from that same phone number).

From an Existing Conversation:
- Navigate to the Messages tab.
- Open the conversation with the person you want to call.
- Tap the Call icon to place the call.
Web
You have several ways to make a call on the web:

Using the '+ New' Button:
- Click the + New button in the top navigation bar.
- Type the contact name or phone number you wish to call or text.
- Press the Call button to initiate the call.

From the Call Logs:
- Navigate to the Call Logs section.
- Select a call log entry.
- Press the Call button to call back the same number.

Using the Floating Call Button:
- Press the Call button located in the bottom left of the navigation menu.
- Type the contact name or phone number you wish to call.
- Press the Call button to place the call.
