Wave Line Analytics provides detailed insights into how your numbers are performing, helping you track ad-related performance, operator efficiency, and customer engagement. Key metrics include:
- Performance Insights: Understand how your numbers are performing, especially if they are tied to ad campaigns.
- Operator Answer Rate: Monitor how effectively your operators are handling inbound calls.
- First-Time Callers: Identify new leads by tracking first-time callers to specific numbers.
- AI-Generated Summaries: Get a concise AI-generated summary of the calls within the selected date range.
Timeline Selection:
Users can customize the analytics view by selecting a specific timeline. Simply press on the dates in the top-right corner to choose the desired range.
Response Statistics:
The response statistics provide a breakdown of call outcomes within the selected time range:
- Inbound Calls: Total number of calls received.
- Outbound Calls: Total number of calls made.
- Aborted Calls: Calls where the callee hung up before reaching an operator or were likely from a robot (if IVR is enabled).
- Completed Calls: Calls that were successfully handled by an operator.
- Missed Calls: Calls that went to voicemail, requested a callback (if queueing is enabled), or hung up while waiting for an answer.
First-Time Callers:
This metric highlights the number of calls received from individuals who have never called a specific inbox-managed phone number before within the selected time range. This is a strong indicator of growth in new customers, especially for numbers promoted in advertisements.
Call Trends:
At the bottom of the page, a graph displays the number of calls per day, broken down by phone number. This allows you to:
- Identify trends across all numbers associated with your inboxes.
- Analyze performance and draw actionable insights to improve communication strategies.
