When you are on an active call, several actions are available to help you manage the conversation effectively. Below are the options you can use during an active call:
1. Place the Person on Hold
You can place the caller on hold if you need to step away or handle something privately. This ensures the caller remains connected while you address the situation.
2. Change Your Speaker Output
You can change your speaker output to switch between different audio devices, such as your phone's speaker, a headset, or other connected devices.
3. Set Yourself on Mute
If you need to mute yourself during the call, you can do so to avoid background noise or interruptions. This is especially useful in noisy environments.
4. Add Additional Participants
One of the most powerful features during an active call is the ability to add additional participants. This is particularly useful when you need to bring in a lead or someone more knowledgeable to assist with the conversation.
You can remain in the call while the additional participant handles the client's request. This ensures a seamless experience for the client. You can add up to 250 participants to the call. Additionally, you can remove participants or place any of them on hold as needed.
