The Call History feature provides a detailed overview of your past calls, helping you keep track of important information. Here's what you can expect to find in the Call History:

Recording (if enabled)
If call recording is enabled, you can access the recording of the call for review. -
Transcription (if recording is enabled)
When recording is enabled, you also have access to a transcription of the call, making it easier to review conversations. -
Call Duration
See how long the call lasted, providing insight into the time spent on each interaction. -
Call Direction
Determine whether the call was inbound or outbound. -
Call Handler
Identify who handled the call within your organization. -
Dialed Number
View the number the external party called into.
Voicemail Access
Even if recording is not enabled, you still have the ability to listen to voicemails left by callers.
